Refund policy

Before you make any purchases, we ask you to please consider the time that is dedicated to the making of our designs - especially jewelry - if you are not sure about the item you are looking to buy, please reach out before placing the order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 14-day period starts the day after the order is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll have a 14 day period to send the item(s).

We strongly recommend to return the item(s) the same way they were sent (postal services/dedicated carrier/insurance) as we will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there was any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days for the European Union and up to 30 days for the rest of the world. You'll be refunded for the total amount : items + delivery. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
