TERMS OF SALES
SECTION 1: PURPOSE AND GENERAL INFORMATION
The Terms of Sales (hereinafter the "TOS") govern the conditions of sale of products of the company Alain Granell ("the company", "us"), on sale at https://www.alaingranell.com/ (hereinafter the "Site"), individual business, whose head office is located at 956, Rue de la Bruyère 27210 Boulleville - France, registered with the Chambre des Métiers de l'Eure, SIRET 324 053 891 00069, represented by Mr. Alain Granell.
Any natural or legal person, non-commercial, wishing to purchase a Product is referred to as "The Customer" or "Buyer". The person wishing to buy on the Site declares to have full legal capacity.
We reserve the right to modify certain elements of these terms, without notice. Therefore, please consult these Terms & Conditions regularly to keep up to date with any changes. However, these new TOS will not apply to transactions made prior.
SECTION 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALES
The Terms of Sale aim to define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, Alain Granell, but also the various stages of the ordering process through the Site.
Alain Granell informs you that it is not possible to buy a product without accepting the conditions provided below. The acceptance of the terms of sale is made tacitly by the validation of the order by the customer. By making the payment, the user indicates that he fully accepts these terms and conditions.
SECTION 3: PRODUCTS AND PACKING
3.1 Product and conformity
All our pieces are designed and handmade by Alain Granell in our French studio.
Because our pieces are handmade upon order, there may be slight variations in color, size, appearance or form. However, rest assured that no piece leaves the studio until we are completely satisfied with it.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3.2 Wrapping and packing
All the materials we use are suitable to protect our pieces during transport.
Depending on the product, wrapping and packing conditions may be stated in the product description.
SECTION 4: ORDER PROCESS
The website and purchases are freely accessible without any registration.
After selecting the product(s) of their choice, the customer will have to enter their information to proceed to the payment. Information include: Full Name – Address – Email Address - Phone Number.
This information is exclusively requested for delivery purposes. Proceeding to the payment and confirming stands for the acceptance of our TOS.
After the payment is made, the Customer will receive an email to confirm the payment was successful, as well as an acknowledgment of receipt confirming that the order has been taken into account. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase. You will be credited with the full amount of the order with no additional charges.
SECTION 5: PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Payment data is not kept by Alain Granell or by the partner managing the financial transaction. The amount charged is debited immediately.
The information you provide us with when ordering and paying by credit card is subject to automated data processing by Shopify. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of transaction analysis and to fight against bank card fraud, theft and misuse of your identity.
Shopify and Alain Granell are the only recipients of the data relating to your order. Your card number is never transmitted or used as is, but benefits from a secure encoding and encryption system. The highest security standards are applied to data storage and all comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You can oppose the communication of your data, knowing that the non-transmission of this data prevents the realization and the analysis of your transaction and will lead us to suggest you another method of reservation.
In order to fight against credit card fraud, a visual verification of the means of payment can be carried out by our customer service before shipping the products.
Bank cards issued by banks located outside France must be international bank cards (Visa or Mastercard).
In the event of an error or the inability to debit the card, the sale is automatically terminated and the order canceled.
We reserve the right to change our product and delivery prices at any time without notice.
SECTION 6: TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Prices are expressed in Euros including taxes for a delivery in France – less the shipping costs. All sale taxes and customs fees remain the buyer’s responsibility exclusively.
SECTION 7: LEADTIMES AND DELIVERIES
7.1 Lead times
Lead times vary depending on the product; therefore they are mentioned on each product page. They are subject to modifications depending on our schedule. If you have any questions or urgent requests, please reach out before making the purchase, otherwise we cannot guarantee another lead time that the one already mentioned on the product page.
7.2 Transit times
Transit times vary depending on your location. You will find below estimation to your country. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses or missing items. If such events would arise, we would accompany you towards the resolution of the problem.

At the moment purchase through the shop is only available for the countries and areas listed below. If your country is not listed, please feel free to reach out so we can arrange your order.

Transit time for dedicated carriers is between 1 and 3 days depending on your location
You will be informed prior to shipping of the name of the carrier as well as the estimated delivery date.
The transit times below are for Postal Services - those are estimations and cannot be guaranteed.
France (Andorre & Monaco) : 2 to 3 days
DOM/TOM : 2 to 3 days

*delivery to certain countries will only be possible through DHL Express or UPS.
7.4 Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product. You can use the shipping rates calculator on the cart page.
If you need an express delivery, please send us a message so we can give you a quotation on the shipping costs.
SECTION 8: DAMAGES
All our pieces are wrapped and packed with suitable materials in order to guarantee a safe journey to your location.
If any package appears to be damaged upon arrival, we recommend to refuse it.
If you don’t, please contact us immediately and within 24 hours. For any claim to go through, we will need photos of the package prior to opening.
SECTION 9: WITHDRAWAL PERIOD - RETURNS
If you wish to return your order, please reach out as soon as possible and within 14 days. The 14 day period starts the day after the package is received.
You have to let us know of your intention of withdrawal prior to returning any items. You will then have 14 days to return the item(s).
The items will have to be returned in their original packaging, in pristine condition in order for us to issue a refund. Any damages will affect the amount of the refund.
Returning costs are the buyer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: Bespoke and customized pieces cannot be refunded.
SECTION 10: FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of the seller's obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would prevent performance. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
SECTION 11: PROFESSIONALS AND RESELLERS
The products on this e-shop are for personal use only. Resale is absolutely prohibited.
